SOLO EXHIBITION I VISIONARY ABSTRACT I 3rd EDITION ART EMPIRE AWARD
Our 3rd Edition of the ART EMPIRE AWARD invites international artists to share their visionary abstract works with us. We are curious about your submissions and can’t wait to see your work!
Three artists will be honoured by our jury with the ART EMPIRE AWARD. Up to 20 works of the winner of our 1st Place will be presented with a solo show in our next 3D online exhibition ”VISIONARY ABSTRACT“.
The 2nd and 3rd Place winners, along with the 1st Place winner, will be published on our website with a personal artist interview and are of course the main part of our overall art award campaign.
In addition, three works of the awarded artists will be included in our FINALIST GALLERY on our website and offered for sale. As an artist you will receive the full proceeds of each sale. Of course, all publications include direct links to the artists‘ websites and social media accounts.
In a further step, a selection of the participants‘ submitted work will be published on our INSTAGRAM.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
HOW TO ENTER ___ PLEASE READ THIS FULL GUIDELINE CAREFULLY AND BE WELL PREPARED FOR YOUR SUBMISSION PROCESS. Please review the dates and deadlines at the bottom of this page. Entries can only be submitted online via our website and after your payment of the submission fee.
ACCEPTED MEDIA ___ The submissions is open internationally. We are accepting all contemporary and fine art submissions. You can submit all 2D media including painting, drawing, mixed media, ink print, digital art, collage and others (this time except photography).
ACCEPTED ARTISTIC STYLES ___ All styles are permitted, from abstract to figurative and any other forms of expression.
FILE UPLOAD ___ The upload is limited to 3 high quality, frameless artwork images (jpg format, up to 5MB each image).
FILE DESIGNATION ___ Required is your artist name and the title of each artwork (e.g Artist_Name_Untitled.jpg)
ARTWORK DETAILS ___ Title, size, medium, year of creation and price. (e.g. Untitled, 50 cm x 70 cm (inches), Oil on Canvas, 2020, price).
ABOUT THE ARTIST ___ A brief bio about the artist and his artistic style (350 words max, preferably written in the 3rd person).
ONLINE DETAILS ___ Your website and social media links (if applicable)
CONFIRMATION ___ Statement confirming you are the author of the original artwork and it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
LEGAL NOTICE ___ Submitted works will be promoted to our social media & newsletter. Artist retains the sole copyright for the images. Submitted images can be used for public viewing on the ART EMPIRE GALLERY business activities like social media, including in relation to promotional activities for the contest and the ART EMPIRE GALLERY website. All display images will be credited with their artist’s name and/or website and social media.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES + APPLICATION FEE ___ Each artist is limited to three (3) images per submission. There is a 35.00 USD (33,00 EUR) non-refundable / non-transferable fee, for up to three (3) images. Payments must be submitted online at the time of application.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT WORKS ___ April 16, 2023 at 11:59 pm CST.
ACCEPTED ARTIST NOTIFICATION ___ The 3 awarded Winners will be notified no later than April 21, 2023 via their provided email.
SALES ___ Artists are also free to sell their works, we take 0% commission, and any sale inquiries will be directed back to the artists.

PLEASE NOTE! FOR THE APPLICATION THE PAYMENT OF THE SUBMISSION FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF 35.00 USD (33,00 EUR) IS REQUIRED. This is done with just a few clicks. All secure payment methods of PayPal, including Credit Cards or Direct-debit are accepted and available. When this is completed, you will be asked to return to this page and can click on the SUBMISSION FORM button.
Step 2 – COMPETITION SUBMISSION
After you have made the payment, click on the SUBMISSION FORM button, complete the application and submit it. ENTRIES WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.
